Step 9: After one hour, release the dough from the bowl and place it on the cutting board. Cut the flour into two round discs. Stretch the dough in a circular shape using your thumb like a steering wheel. To get the desired shape, you can use a roller to stretch. You can make 14” two pizzas.
Step 10: Keep the dough in the pizza paddle or pizza pan. Then add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Preheat the oven to about 500F or 260C, or if you have a pizza stone, then preheat for 30 minutes. Cook the pizza for 7-8 minutes and enjoy delicious and restaurant-style pizza.
