Ingredients
- ⅓ cup of yellow mustard seeds
- Half cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- ¾ spoon of salt
- Honey (optional)
Step 1: Keep Mustard Seed, Vinegar, and orange Juice Together for 2 hours

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped tarragon
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (replacement for butter)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 chopped garlic clove (optional)
- Black paper
- Salt
Step 1: Melt the Butter
Heat the pan on medium heat and melt the butter.
Step 2: Add Dijon Mustard with the Cream
